The administrator of your personal data is Wisła Digital Strategy based at ul. Rynek Kościuszki 4, 15-426 Białystok. Our team is led by Marek Wiśniewski. We act transparently and without fluff. We take your privacy seriously because we themselves don't like spam and unnecessary calls.

5 people work in our office in Białystok who have access to information sent via forms. We don't transfer your data to external corporations for profit. We use it only to prepare a margin audit for you or calculate logistics costs on the German and French markets. We count every penny in your budget, so we also ensure your data is safe and doesn't leak to competition. We base everything on simple rules and current GDPR regulations.

We collect only information that is necessary for our work. When you fill out a form on our site, you are asked for your name, last name, email address, and phone number. We also need a brief description of your products. This data serves only for conducting the 25-minute initial conversation and preparing a free sales estimate for the EU. Without these facts, we could not reliably assess whether your goods have a chance to earn in euros.

If you sign up for our Market Alert, we will store your email address to send you a monthly summary of changes in VAT rates and courier costs. We don't send offers every other day. Our goal is to provide you with knowledge that protects your company from penalties from the foreign taxman. Your data goes to our CRM system, where we watch history of findings so you don't have to repeat the same things to us twice. This saves time for both sides and lets us focus on results.

Your data doesn't stay with us forever. If you order a one-time market audit for 2,400 PLN, we store your information for the project execution period and for the time required by tax regulations, usually 5 years from the end of the year we issued the invoice. For regular inquiries, if no cooperation occurs, we delete your data after 14 months. We believe that after this time the offer becomes outdated anyway, so there's no sense keeping it on the drive.

You can ask us at any time to delete your data from the database faster. One short email to biuro@wisladigital.pl is enough. We don't make problems out of it and don't ask unnecessary questions. We value your time and right to privacy. If you use our newsletter, in every message you'll find a button to unsubscribe with one click. After selecting it, your address disappears from the mailing list immediately. Order in papers and databases is the foundation of our agency's efficient operation.

You have full control over what we know about your company. You can at any time request access to your data, its correction, or total removal. You also have the right to limit processing and transfer your data to another company. If you consider our actions violate regulations, you can file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. However, we prefer to settle matters amicably – if something is wrong, just tell us.

We will respond to every request concerning your data within a maximum of 4 business hours. We don't hide behind automatic secretaries. Marek or Karolina will check what we have in the system and send you a specific reply. Remember that providing data is voluntary, but without it we won't be able to calculate your margin on Amazon or check by how much your shipping costs to Spain will grow in 2025. We put facts on the table: you give us data for analysis, and we give you knowledge that earns money.

Our site uses cookies, which are small text files saved on your computer. We use them to know which blog posts are most useful to you. Thanks to this, we know if you're more interested in texts about VAT in Germany or logistics in France. We don't use complicated tracking or profiling. Cookies also help us maintain site performance so it loads fast on every mobile device. You can turn them off in your browser settings at any time.

We care about technical security. Our server is protected by an SSL certificate, which means everything you enter in forms is encrypted. Access to your information is limited to Wisła Digital Strategy employees trained in privacy rules. We regularly check our systems and delete unnecessary files. We don't use any hidden scripts that could slow down your computer or pull information without your consent. It simply pays off – a safe site is a satisfied customer and no legal problems.
