Why do I deal with foreign markets?
It all started in 2016, when I tried to sell my first batch of goods to Germany. Right at the start, I lost 3,850 PLN due to errors in customs documentation and poor account settings. It was a painful lesson. I understood then that in marketplace trading, every penny and absolute precision in paperwork matters. Today at Wisła Digital Strategy, I ensure that other Polish entrepreneurs don't make my mistakes. No fluff and no promising miracles.
My principles of work
Facts on the table. If analysis shows that your product won't break through the competition in Spain, I'll tell you straight in 15 minutes of conversation. I don't waste time writing reports that look nice but bring nothing to profit. I focus on the facts: storage cost, margin after Amazon commission, and real delivery time to a customer in Berlin or Paris.
I currently work with 14 steady clients, mainly furniture and home accessories manufacturers from Podlasie and Mazovia. Last quarter, I managed to shorten the clearance time for one of them by 2 business days. That's a specific saving seen in the table at the end of the month. I don't look for magic shortcuts, only proven paths that have worked for years. Sometimes I refuse collaboration if I see that logistics will eat all your profit. It simply pays off for both sides.
Daily support and results
- I respond to technical questions on average in 3.5 hours on business days.
- I verify the correctness of invoices and VAT declarations in 48 hours.
- I deliver the first assessment of sales potential in 4 business days.
Privately, I live in Białystok and value simple solutions. I don't like complicated theories, I prefer a working Excel sheet and efficient transport. If you need someone who will take responsibility for your results on EU markets, we'll probably get along without a problem. We've happened to sit late into the night to unblock a client's account, because we know that every day of downtime is a real loss. Sometimes it's hard, but the result must always add up.
